How to Order Online

PayPal is free to use and a very secure method for online transactions using your debit or credit card.
Choose the piece you would like to purchase, confirm the size, and confirm the colour if applicable and then press 'Add to Cart'.
To view your purchase click 'View Cart'. You can then add or remove items from the shopping cart if required.
To complete your purchase, click 'Secure Checkout' and PayPal will process your payment using their secure ordering service.
Your order will be confirmed and an automated receipt for your payment will be sent directly to your email address via PayPal.

UK Postal & Delivery

All orders will be despatched to you via the Royal Mail Recorded Parcel Service. I aim to make your Stained Glass item to your specific requirements if a commissioned piece, or a piece that has been requested with a glass or colour variation to the original item, and aim to despatch within seven days or less from date of purchase.
At peak times this may vary due to high demand but I would inform you by email in this event.
All items will require a signature upon receipt of delivery.

Unfortunately we do not presently deliver outside UK Mainland including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.
Please contact me regarding any queries concerning postal charges not included in the above.
I will also be happy to provide a quotation regarding postal charges for bespoke special orders.

Returns & Damages policy

If not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item by registered post within seven days for replacement or refund.
I cannot reimburse the return postal charges or be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
Bespoke commissioned pieces are none returnable and will also need a deposit before commencing the work.
When returning goods, you are strongly advised to ensure you have a proof of postage certificate.
Every piece is thoroughly checked for scratches or marks prior to despatch and are packaged in bubble wrap in boxes ready for transit.
In the event of damage, please inform me within 48 hours giving full details and I will do all that we can to assist you.

Privacy policy

I only use your email address to confirm an order or reply to order / website queries.
I never send out junk email or pass on any customer information to third parties.
I will not ask you to join a mailing list.


All goods remain the property of Lost In Glass until paid for in full. I cannot be held responsible for problems arising due to incorrect information being supplied by customers, PayPal or any other source. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, the colour may vary slightly and I therefore cannot guarantee that colour will be exactly as stated. Likewise colour matching shown on this website cannot be guaranteed as an exact likeness.

If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and I will take place on goods despatch.
